Bill, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your expertise and valuable assistance arranging the financing for my recent two mortgages.

Shannon, your assistant, and yourself go that extra mile to guarantee everything occurs in the correct sequence and that your "client" recieves the best possible assistance and interest rate. You also have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in many other areas while we were working together. Some examples I am refering to are:
  • Your company is very user friendly
  • You and your staff are able to instantly advise the client of what legal papers, etc. that will be required.
  • You go that extra mile ensuring that the client understands the mortgage terms and what insurance, etc. would be most appropriate.
  • Your communication avenues are GREAT!! You and your staff never make the client feel that any question is too small or unimportant. Even though financial arranging is second nature to you and your company, you have proved to me that you are always available and willing to speak with the client and assist or explain.
I could write pages of gratitude. However, that would only be wasting valuable time!
